Data Science MSc - January

Just wanted to share some thoughts on my experience studying at Middlesex University! The campus has such a vibrant atmosphere, and I've met some amazing people here. The lecturers are super knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions I have. Plus, the library is fantastic for getting some serious study done. I'm really enjoying my course so far and feel like I'm learning so much! #MiddlesexUniversity #StudentLife #HigherEducation

Biomedical Science

One of the best aspects of my experience studying Biomedical Science at Middlesex University has been the supportive learning environment and the practical focus of the course. The teaching staff are approachable and willing to help, and the course content is relevant to real-world biomedical and laboratory settings. The facilities, particularly the labs, have been a strong point, and the diverse student community makes it an inclusive and welcoming place to study An area that could be improved is communication and organisation at times, particularly around assessments and timetables, which can occasionally feel unclear or last-minute. More consistent feedback on coursework and additional opportunities for hands-on experience or industry placements would also help strengthen the course and better prepare students for careers after graduation.

Some lecturers respond to emails really quickly and help guide assignments by giving you the marking rubric so you can ensure a high grade. The lab facilitates are amazing, just wish we had more lab sessions and hands on sessions

MSc Biomedical Science (Cellular Pathology)

University rating (4)

My experience at Middlesex University London has been really positive overall. I’ve enjoyed studying in such a diverse environment and meeting people from different cultures. Most of my lecturers have been supportive and approachable, and studying in London gives great opportunities for work experience and networking. The campus facilities are good, especially the library and study spaces, although they can get crowded during exam periods. I think things could be improved by making some administrative processes quicker and by offering even more career support and placement opportunities. Overall, it’s been a good place for me to study and grow both academically and personally.

The facilities and the university itself is great, the lecturers are knowledgeable and really helpful. However, the university social like if an aspect that could be improved, I think it’s because so many of the students leave at home so the night life is not the best. Student union does make efforts to include people but it truly is not the best
