Mechanical Engineering MEng (Hons)

University rating (5)

A wide range of societies to get involved on and sport for all levels competitive and fun. Great emphasis on the support that the university provides. A quieter town with larger cities nearby. There are multiple nice hikes in the countryside near campus. Loughborough is a quiet and safe town and the campus feels really safe. Great quality of teaching and demanding courses that push you.

Product Design Engineering BEng (Hons)

University rating (5)

Great all round uni with good extra curricular such as sports and societies, as well as a very good course with a lot of available resources. It also has good industry connections and help towards careers, so overall I think it’s a very good uni as far as unis go and I have no complaints

Best. Extra curricula’s activity - formula student Great staff at every level - from support to academics. Worst - facilities look dated but all do the job - sometimes lack of study spaces

Amazing sports and engineering facilities While loughborough doesn't have a great night life it is very close to Nottingham and other big city's that do so I'd say it's the best of both worlds

The university is student friendly and supportive. A great environment to thrive and beautiful too. Different campus locations make it difficult for students union
