I’ve had a Very good experience , all the staff are very caring and always go the extra mile. Would recommend to all of my friends who are considering going to university
Its a great place to be at for academics approach It is a very comfortable place to be apart of as it has enough support available for every individual to access to higher studies.
Mostly its interesting Least extra support
my overall experience has been very good as i received a lot of support from college especially during my illness which affected my studies. teachers have been very helpful and cooperated with me.
teaching the transferable skills is very effective. there is a career department which helps to find a job after graduation.
i like teachers the most and least i do not like that the course is not organised properly
facilities are average as library is a bit messy and it is hard to find some books. also, the college does not provide resources such as access to journals
the support offered by college is huge. if you have any problem you can always talk to a member of staff who will always help you.
So far my overall experience has been very good. I feel confident with my assignments so far and enjoy attending class. I do arrive at 4pm just as the canteen closes and sometimes i do get hungry however feel that the snack machines are unhealthy so i tend not to eat and that then lowers my concentration.
I am already employed but there has been many efforts and direction for and towards employment.
I love how my course is taught I think it's much more personal as my group is small and I believe I can connect with my tutors and peers well.
The college facilities are good enough but could be better
I do feel supported by mt tutors and I am yet to experience any further support.
nice experience for now people and staff are very friendly and helpful always willing to help and support you to archive your goal the campus is well located and everyone is welcomed
always some on ready to listen and talk to you
i love what im doing and all the facilities that the college put to help me but my course its hard
very good but could be better
previous years have been amazing so much support small focused groups and everyone on hand to help, this year we have moved colleges to the university centre where it is small cold and have no staff on hand to help, staff and students need more support to be able to teach what is on the time table instead students are missing out on lessons and not getting support that they have paid for.
not sure due to being employed full time before attending
I like how support is given when asked i dislike how there is no staff and have not been taught much this year
Not very good, poor library, toilets very small , class rooms have no radiators and are not very appealing.
support is good from the tutors when tutors are available very short on staff not the staffs fault down to the college for not employing more staff for all the paying students
my overall experience of college so far has been good, the only thing i would doubt would be semester one, this is because the teachers and staff would be ill and not provide any cover so we didn't come into college and just worked at home. this means we weren't getting the support we needed.
they offer placement opportunities and different talks to help provide us with the most information as possible.
i like that the classes are flexible and the teachers ask us what we want to learn due to what we struggle with. The thing to improve would be the availability of staff and also provide cover staff for when the teachers are ill.
the college facilities are good, certain areas could be improved, such as; the toilet space and the canteen food.
the support is good, they are always available to email and contact when needed.
The delivery of the course is fine the main issue is that the small class size is an issue because when there are absences the other classmates who have turned up sometimes have their lesson cancelled or the content rearranged.
Had careers talk and been signed up to career advice and support. Work placement alongside course.
I like group discussions and input of opinions. I dont have any negatives.
They are ok but there should be facilities to heat own food and store own food in a fridge and make own hot drinks etc. The canteen gets really busy with nowhere to sit.
I have no experience with any support as i have not requested any, however it is difficult sometimes to phone and email the tutors.
Its a very good college with a lot of help if you want to learn the stafd are very friendly.the people that go their are also friendly. Always fun in the lectures
Helped us with searching for job and introduced us to new websites
I liked that we was in small classes. People that interfere with the teacher when teaching
Every good but needed for books
Very good and every helpful
Facilities, teaching staff, safety environment and care is really good. But employability and placement opportunities need to be considered. The courses are worth to learn in this college to find suitable employment outside.
It is hard to find work placements at right time. As a trainee teacher, most of the tutors are not accepting the trainees. They are also not giving a chance to observe their classroom to learn their skills to handle student's behaviour or teaching methods. Since training period is one/two year and if the student wish to learn or develop their skills as much as they can by attending the sessions, there were less opportunity offered to them and eventually they are losing their confident in their profession. Finding a suitable placement is really worse at this moment.
I like the most is my tutor who is very supportive and helpful to do my course. She organises and deliver the course interactively. She explains how to teach mathematics by using various resources which is helpful in a classroom atmosphere. Even when we miss a session, everything is available on the google classroom. Least is about the assignment.
College facilities are really good. Chrome books, Learning Resource centre, travelling facilities, safeguarding and support etc. everything is fantastic.
Students support is really good. Feedback is given on right time and the learners progression are recorded. Considering individual needs or feelings and prompting them in right direction.
