The desire and passion to teach by the lecturers at Kingston leaves a lot to be desired, actually, everything to be desired. Apathy and indifference punctuated with borderline rudeness is a frequent approach taken by both the administration staff and teaching staff.

I personally feel my experience in kingston has been great so far. my course is really interesting we have a lot of practical sessions instead of just a long 3hour lecture. although i live with my parents but the travel is not a problem it is easy transport, i am given many opportunities to do voluntary work which relates to my course so help me further when i graduate. so overall i have no issues with my university i think it is a brilliant uni.

I'm in my second year at Kingston University and I'm really enjoying it. What I've learned about the Uni is that there are a lot of commuters as well as a diversity of races, religions and culture. There are students from all around the world and Kingston embraces that. The facilities are incredible here. I study Media and Television and there is everything you could need from Mac Labs to Radio Recording Rooms to Green Rooms. The lecturers are all very nice and helpful, always helping to achieve as best as you can. The night life is good as well. In Kingston there are many clubs and bars and they always always have student nights so it's always going to be cheap. You're in London as well, one train journey to Clapham or Waterloo or Leicester Square and you've got a massive night out in central London. The town centre is lovely, I live just out side of Kingston and it has always been my favourite local place to shop. The students are nice, friendly, fun and enthusiastic here. You can see a lot of passionate students here. The clubs have a wide variety too, so whatever hobby you enjoy, Kingston has a club for it.

Kingston uni is a great university, there are so many services the university has to offer to students and a lot of opportunities for career development, extra curricular activities and societies that students can join and participate in.

I absolutely love Kingston and there is no two ways about it! I fell in love with the area when I visited for the very first time and after meeting people at KU, I knew this was the right place for me to spend the most crucial 3 years of my life! There is so much to at Kingston that you are never bored and not just the University life is amazing but there is a lot of academic help at Kingston too! If I got a chance to do my masters and PhD here I would grab it with both hands!

The best thing is that everyone is always very keen to help you and you never feel left alone. The worst thing is probably the distance from town.
