Extremely disappointed with the help from Gloucestershire university. No understanding of life issues whatsoever. No email answers, although they say they take them in order, some of my colleagues that emailed after me got a reply and I still haven't. Nobody answers the phone, and when finally do after sending 3 emails and leaving a voice message, they denied any help. No empathy and absolutely no interest in helping the students. Also not only they have denied any help, they haven't even tried to help with another advice. Zero interest, but money are welcomed. Shame on you.

The top up BA has been very poor organised and confusing. On the first semester have been introduces 4 new tutors to Self Initiated Design course. They were giving all different feedbacks, and canceling each-others ideas, which became very confusing. I wasn't the best student, but I have never failed a class until this one. The structure was more confusing than ever.

Firstly, it's not a university, full of btec kids. Poor engineering facilities, spent all money on test equipment that we never use because they can't afford components. Desk way too small, about a laptop deep. Course organised by UWE, makes everything 10x more difficult. Poor communication from staff to students. Only good thing is that I get to see my friends once a week
