Studying at this university has been an absolute dream. As a student in a hands-on, creative field, I’ve had access to an incredible range of professional equipment—everything from high-quality cameras and tripods to VR headsets. These tools have allowed me to build and refine my skills in ways I never could have imagined. And the library? It’s massive! Packed with resources and designed as a place where I can truly dive into my studies. The campus itself has an amazing atmosphere, and the staff are not only knowledgeable but genuinely supportive, creating an environment where education feels exciting, not intimidating. Being an international student, I was nervous at first, but this university quickly became my home away from home. There’s a warmth and community here that has made me feel not just welcome, but truly at home. If I had to point out a drawback, it’s that the campus is a bit far from the city. However, even that has its own charm; the distance provides a peaceful setting that allows me to focus, away from distractions. Now, as my graduation approaches, I find myself wishing I had just a little more time in this place that has come to mean so much to me.

What makes the TEDI uni experience unique is how well you get to know your peers and tutors, since there aren't very large intakes it gives you the chance to establish deeper connections with everyone at uni. The facilities are great and there is always the opportunity to explore your interests further and pursue personal projects outside of coursework. Our teachers and academics are very friendly and will take the time to help you and answer any questions you have.

TEDI-London feels like a community - the smaller cohorts make the experience so personal and tailored to your interests. It's a space for creativity, self-development, teamworking, innovation, ideas, friends, and opportunity (I'm currently writing this from my term abroad in Sydney)!

Innovative Curriculum: TEDI-London aims to provide an innovative and industry-focused engineering education, potentially offering unique programs and approaches to learning. Industry Connections: The university may have strong ties with industry partners, providing students with valuable opportunities for internships, placements, and networking. Modern Facilities: As a new institution, TEDI-London might have state-of-the-art facilities and resources designed to support engineering education and research. Small Class Sizes: New universities often have smaller student populations, which can lead to more personalized attention and interactive learning experiences. Worst Aspects: Limited Alumni Network: Since TEDI-London is a relatively new institution, its alumni network might be smaller compared to more established universities, potentially affecting post-graduation networking opportunities. Uncertain Reputation: New universities may face challenges in building a solid reputation, which can impact how potential employers and other institutions perceive their graduates. Limited Course Offerings: Being a specialized institution, TEDI-London might have a more limited range of academic programs compared to larger and more comprehensive universities. Less Diverse Campus Life: Newer institutions may take time to develop a diverse and vibrant campus community in terms of student demographics, extracurricular activities, and cultural offerings.

The uni is a great place to study because it suits my learning style, hands-on, practical learning. In addition to this, there is a lot of support if you need help with your projects or any questions that aren't academically related.

Convenient location, well-equipped “makerspaces” (that allow you to access any needed equipment or tool at any given point), incredible support from teachers, technicians and staff members. To improve it would be great to expand the facility in the future

One of the best aspects of the TEDI-London is the friendly staff which creates a positive and comfortable environment for a student. The 1 on 1 maths support is a great along with help from the teachers within the timetabled sessions.
