Edge Hill University has a nice campus, the staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would like the Edge Link bus to run until 10pm also on Saturdays and Sundays.

The best thing is the environment and the lectures but the worst think I experience a lack of international students, so we feel like lonely..

MSc Public Health Nutrition

University rating (4)

I find the amount of support from academic to international and student representative support so immense and it made coping and adjusting to the new environment very easy. The uniskills and library services here is top notch and staff here are very helpful and give guidance when needed. One thing that can be improved is creating more part time job opportunities for students especially international students.

MA Education

University rating (5)

I did my undergraduate degree at Edge hill university and loved it so much I decided to stay to do a masters degree. I love that campus is like a little village that feels like home away from home. The facilities are amazing and only keep getting better, especially the library. The staff are so supportive and are always there for any support that I may need. The courses are well organised and I enjoy the features of learning edge as it makes it easy to catch up work and is especially useful for those with additional learning needs. I would recommend this university to anyone considering higher education

The campus at EdgeHill is lovely and the accommodation is some of the best I've seen in the country. The lecturers on my course are extremely supportive and kind and have really boosted my confidence in my subject.

History and Politics - BA (Hons)

University rating (5)

The campus is one of the best in the country. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, friendly people, and great opportunities available. There’s something for everyone here! However, in my final year the new Student’s Union building was (and remains) incomplete, and some accommodation was delayed. Not entirely the fault of the University but they could have communicated/compensated better. Overall a fantastic experience. I’m glad I spent my ‘best years’ at Edge Hill!

The best aspects are the facilities that are held university offer such as the labs in the psychology department the student union and on campus events like the student life fest and the worst part are lack of ability to get a job in the town
