PhD in Forensic Linguistics

Very supportive academic staff, lots of information what to do if you're struggling. However, there have been numerous occasions of admin errors (I blame the system rather than the individual people, I'm sure admin staff are doing the best they can!).

Pharmacy MPharm - MPharm (Hons)

University rating (5)

I like how diverse it is, a lot of culture and inclusion. I am of Indian background and the university appreciates my culture and makes me feel part of a team. The university is very helpful with studies and also provides many opportunities outside of the course.

Law LLB - LLB (Hons)

University rating (4)

The education system is good but I think it needs to offer better support for international students because most of us are finding it difficult to pass our classes. The student union should make the board games available to all students and not just those what are part of a society. It would be lovely if there could be more financial support for international students because the fees are already high, and by this I mean there should be scholarships available for international students even in second year and third year and not just in the first year.

It’s in the town centre and you have access to a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The library and union are really resourceful and the people are welcoming.
