So far so good. I can't complain made some really nice people at university. If you are working full time this course is for you as its only 10hours a week and you can study in the evening via the ilearn platform.
They are very supportive and there are a lot of different and useful resources to take advantage of while study and working.
Student support are always available to help you when need.
The facilities are the same as most university's
London is very busy and the university is in Holborn area but there is good food places near by.
The support is very good they are always around the university to interact with should you have any problems or issues.
My experience has been good. The modules are relevant and on point. The staff response to questions in a reasonable time frame. I am taking my program via distance which is a plus for me since I am unable to quit my job of 10 years and travel.
Yes. With frequent career development webinars, etc.
Online and on demand is a big plus. The downside is that lectures might take a few days to respond to module questions. This process has been improving, but is not yet perfect.
I am studying via distance.

The Uni makes a cognitive effort to provide both tutor feedback and counselling.
I gained a lot of information relevant to my working place. I got useful information about time management which helps me a lot to submit my assessments before due dates. My experience also includes the research information I got from my induction module, I now have improved my academic writing skills.
Through the academic skills and work related skills I get from Arden University with the help of internationally recognized professionals, I believe my daily duties at work will be simplified after completing my studies. My university works hard with qualified professionals to teach us current technological skills so that we can be up-todate with the fast changing world of technology.
The teaching is very informative, understandable and the course is self paced, we access learning portal anytime and our tutors provide a timely response at all times
The facilities are very good, information is always available online and there are times when we have to hold live interactions discussing academic related information in the context of our course of study.
I have limited information as I am studying online
The support is of high quality, tutors are always available and willing to help. We receive timely feedback and our student support team is always passionate to address our issues and they always keep us updated with the current information and changes talking place at the University.
I am fine and I am really determined to carry on the good work and do my best. I know I have a lot to learn, but I have time for that. Unfortunately I distracted sometimes which means I put my studying behind, but I am working on that and prioritize my life around that. Working and studying in the same time is not always easy, that is why I chose distance learning that give me the freedom to study and work too. This is a real challenge, but worth every minutes to get on with it.
I have some very useful study material that I am using at present and my future career. I still have a lot to learn, but I quite enjoy being a part of Arden University. I am quite sure when I finish I will own all the necessary skills in my chosen career. Arden University will be one that help me in it
I like the new information about my chosen subject and the online surface, but I found difficult to start writing my assessment. Academic writing is a whole new environment for me, but practicing will have impact on it.
As I am a distance learner I am learning from home, but the online library and all the online materials are very useful.
I think I have everything what I need in close.
The tutor support was very useful when I was writing my assessment. I used the feedback as an improvement in my work.
I think it is very good. I have been given the opportunity to be myself and also grow as an academic. The teaching style is unique. The different methods of learning within a classroom helps every student.
Sends a weekly email about jobs and advise
I like the freedom around the lessons and also how to assignments are placed I did not like how the powerpoints were not explained properly
The tutors try their best to give you feedback.
Its only been the 1st semester and cannot judge on overall university experience however, it has been great so far and helpful. The university could invest more in academic resources, internship roles . The lack of student cafeteria has been noted by fellow students.
So far my university does not put efforts to increase my employ ability, it would have been nice for the university to share possible work placement available. However, the development personal and management skills have highlighted transferable skills which could be used for work.
So far the tutors chosen by the university were excellent, both new what they wanted to teach and made it suitable for students by focusing on group-activity and class feedback. What I didn't like about the course is not much, it would have been nice to have more time for more lessons.
The facilities at the university could be better, as a small university its not surprising but my main cause of concern is the lack of resources available on ilearn and can be confusing to use it.
Excellent it makes it easy to commute to the university
The support offered by the university was excellent, tutors provided feedback to each individuals as well as staying behind after class for anyone who needed it. Personal counselling was also excellent they were able to extend assignment deadlines, give adequate information when needed
Overall, my university experience at Arden has been able to meet my study goals thus far. The study materials are readily available and accessible. I feel at home and can easily get feedback from my lecturer. The learning environment is also collaborative.
There is career portal made available to student through which they can obtain information of how to progress their career in their chosen field, how to compete and standout in the job market and leadership skills for success. There is also a list of available current jobs.
The teaching method is very robust and interactive. There is access to materials after class and lecturers are very responsive. I do not like the fact that there is no real life application/ interim job placements to allow students apply what they have learnt during the program
Very supportive and quick to respond to enquiry
I am very positively surprised by the quality of the learning material, assessments and the tutors. The material is very much up-to-date and all assessments have been very relevant so far. It is a great experience so far.
Very informative career webinars with limited free consultation.
More consultation might be better however I do receive enough support to prepare for the assessments. I do not have anything I do not like currently
Never been on campus so I do not know
I think fairly good, more consultation would be better though
After a rocky start, I really would recommend Arden University to anyone. After feeling like I would never gain a degree, Arden have given me the confidence to do so. I finally feel like I am setting myself out to do something I am capable of. I am learning lots of new things and I am really glad I made the decision to start this course. I almost never want it to finish because I love the flexibility this university gives me!
I am currently at the beginning of my studies with Arden University (Third Module) and therefore so far, I haven't been witness to evidence that the university actively* makes an effort to increase employability. However, that being said, there is a whole section within the online portal about careers and development and therefore I would argue that their is an element of effort made to support students employability.
I really enjoy the freedom of learning that is provided by Arden University. As a distant learning student, I am able to access teaching whenever is suitable to me and most of the tutors are brilliant and are contactable via email. However, toward the beginning of my course, I was faced with a bit of a battle with some tutors. This did make the modules I was doing more difficult than I would have liked. The student support team are very helpful and after a few emails to them and the head of my course the issues were near enough resolved.
This is not applicable - I am a distance learning student.

In my opinion, the student support at Arden University is brilliant and they appear to really care and want to support you in getting any problems you may have resolved. I have nothing by positive things to say about the support team.
Very good experience, assignments can be stressful, especially when deadlines are close since there are no tutors to remind you of this. But it helps with time management.
There are a lot of resources that are directly related to career advancement and other soft skills
Most: Flexibility Least: Not much interaction with other students
Good support from the tutor from the beginning of the module till the end. Should continue on this trend
