Best is the people and the quality of the education, worst has to deal with who runs UCL, administration has quite a few dirtbags. Facilitates aren't the greatest. I prefer more of a traditional campus feel and prefer KCL and LSE campus. Still considering coming back to UCL to apply for a LLM, alongside the other London unis, and maybe throw my shot at oxbridge.

It has been an immense privilege to have been a student at this esteemed institution. I am incredibly grateful for the enriching academic experience and the supportive environment provided throughout my studies. The dedication of the faculty in sharing their knowledge and guiding students has been truly inspiring. I also appreciate the opportunities for personal and professional growth that the university has offered. Thank you for providing a foundation that will undoubtedly benefit me in my future endeavors.

Love the ability to use all the facilities whenever I wish to use them and being trained on things for my course has been so cool! The parking is a pain- I can’t park on the uni until 10- but my lecturers start at 9 so it doesn’t work. I then have to park elsewhere unless I wanted to pay a fine (which I have already had to do because I didn’t have a permit). If I could park from 8 this would be a great help pls thank you

The lecturers are good and helpful, but also keep them interesting, my cohort is very nice and friendly. Our timetable. 3 different lectures have been packed into the same day, meaning it is a very busy day and is inconvenient since I commute.

One of the best parts of my university experience has been the supportive learning environment. The lecturers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in student success. The course content is well structured and relevant to real-world applications, which has helped me build practical skills alongside academic knowledge. Access to online learning resources and flexible study options has also made it easier to balance studies with other commitments. Overall, the university provides a diverse and inclusive community that makes it a great place to learn and grow. Some modules could benefit from quicker feedback on assignments, as timely feedback is important for improvement. Additionally, increasing opportunities for hands-on projects, industry engagement, and career guidance would further enhance the student experience.

Durham is a beautiful city and university with great social opportunities. The traditions are very strong at this school. It feels today like how Oxford and Cambridge were twenty years ago. Sometimes administration can be a challenge, many people have difficulty in knowing how to pay tuition and the university is slow to respond to emails. Also, there are far too many international students and just students in general. The university’s expansion plans are causing a drop in the school’s national and international rankings and causing the university to be in danger of losing its character.
