The faculty, and academics are great, and the rankings of the course lives upto the course that gets taught. The industry of the university is amazing, with the connect with each individual faculty is also very commendable. The student life can be improved within the campus.

What students say about tourism-management

Canterbury Christ Church University is a genuinely supportive and caring environment that prioritises not only academic success but also student wellbeing. The staff are approachable and always willing to help, and there are plenty of services available for health, wellbeing, and academic support. The sense of community is strong — you never feel like just a number. The university’s focus on employability is another major strength, and it’s reflected in its impressive record of being rated first in graduate employment. The campus is welcoming and inclusive, and the facilities create a great atmosphere for learning and personal growth. Although the university offers great support, it could continue to improve by expanding study spaces and updating some facilities to keep up with growing student numbers.

The staff are incredible, unbelievably understanding and supportive. They want you to succeed and you can really tell. However, Lipman building is constantly broken. The top two floors have been out of service for year and now the entire building is out of commission and not expected to be back until the summer. Surely at this point just demolish the place.

What students say about tourism-management

Well, Sheffield HALLAM experience has been quite an interesting one. I've made a couple of friends, the mode of study is exceptional, great lecturers. For my course in particular which is MSC in Cybersecurity, I know Sheffield HALLAM is the best place to study the course coz the course requires a lotta hands-on experience which SHEFFIELD hallam is offering, my lecture times are 1 1hr for each lecture while the practical are longer 2hrs+, the makes you have extensive practical of what has been thought in the lecturers. Generally, Sheffield HALLAM is the best place to be. Fun fact: I've missed my way to some lecturer halls a couple of times coz there are many many lecture halls and buildings.

What students say about tourism-management

WIFI is absolutely awful and there are many dead zones around campus. How can a top-level engineering university provide such poor internet connection, especially when all of our assignments are internet based and due online? I am constantly searching for places around campus with any useable connection and the VPN speeds when you're off campus are just unusable. It's the year 2024. How have we not figured this out yet? It's absolutely unaccusable. You have the money to build an entire new campus, but can't fix the internet at your main campus? Awful.

My stay at Coventry University has been interesting and motivating. I am satisfied with the study environment, and the lecturers are highly qualified in their respective fields. The modules and assignments are clearly explained, which has helped me understand the topics better. Overall, I would encourage the lecturers to continue with their excellent teaching practices and to keep exploring ways to make learning even more engaging and effective.

What students say about tourism-management

The best version of this university that every teacher is always ready to help the students in every circumstances even lectures were delivered very well. The entrie environment is cool in campus even we I experienced different culture, vibes and languages. There is nothing as such worst in the campus, however I as international student I feel sometimes confused because of language barriers or digital method of students. As it can be improved if every single step will be clear to students means time to time guidance is required here. As per my conviction, everything is looking new and I am on exuberant stage because I was eagerly waiting to come in this university to learn about business skills hope I will be on track after completing master's.

What students say about tourism-management

One of the best parts of my experience at the University of Surrey has been the supportive and inclusive environment. When I first arrived, I was quite shy and also struggled with a stutter, which made speaking in front of others difficult. However, the encouragement I received from both staff and fellow students helped me gradually build my confidence. Today, I feel much more comfortable expressing myself and speaking in groups, which has been a huge personal achievement. The university also offers excellent academic resources, engaging lecturers, and a diverse community that makes learning exciting and rewarding. The University of Surrey is a great place to study because it combines high-quality teaching with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The campus facilities, placement opportunities, and strong sense of community create an environment where students can not only excel academically but also grow personally. The cost of accommodation and overall fees can feel quite high, which may place a financial strain on students. Making housing more affordable or offering greater financial support would make the university experience more accessible to all.
