The University Experience was Good for me when I compare to own Country (India) Whereas the Students and Faculties in the University are well Mannered and Giving respect to each other and the Teaching is also good . The best parts of my university experience have been the modern facilities, supportive staff, and great location. The campus looks welcoming, and the student union offers plenty of societies and events, which makes it easy to get involved. However, it could be improved by offering more affordable food options on campus and extending library opening hours during exam periods.

The facilities are awesome, particularly if you love getting involved in sport. The worst thing I’ve had to deal with is the room booking system for societies is occasionally frustrating, though they are in the midst of reworking it now. Very good, can highly recommend coming here.

The campus is very green and is just a beautiful place to study and work. There is a really good balance between socialising and work, I’m able to balance playing sport and meeting up with friends with my studies, not having to compromise on much. The lecturers are very helpful and they generally explain things well, although the pastoral and careers support through our tutors could be improved. Generally I am very glad I chose to study here in Nottingham, and would recommend it to anyone looking to achieve highly in both their career and at the same time be able to have a thriving social life and overall good work life balance.

The best aspect of my university experience is the teaching staff and the wider university team. The lecturers are supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping students succeed, and the student-facing staff are consistently kind, friendly, and approachable. There is a strong sense that everyone is willing to help, which makes the university a welcoming and encouraging place to study. An area for improvement would be the reliability of facilities, particularly the internet connection and printers, which have recently not been working consistently. Improving this would make studying on campus more efficient and less stressful.

Limited amount of shops in Lincoln, which makes it get a bit stale quick, but is still a lovely city with plenty of things to do. Another downside is the fact it is in the middle of nowhere, you have to get trains or coaches if you want to go anywhere else. However, it does have everything you need as a student, with a good night out as well

There are lots of good lecture theatres and a good amount of additional vocational study areas, such as the OT kitchen and mock wards. We have guest speakers in to ensure that there is a varied information type.
