Worst is the limited contact time with professors. It feels really rushed which is unfortunate because there is so much to discover here and it becomes stressful when we feel like cattle who must be rushed in and out. The university itself is fantastic though. It’s incredibly inspiring to walk through the workshops, lecture halls, and library- it feels like you’re in the center of the world. Everything is state of the art and the staff is phenomenal. I just wish they cut less corners in terms of students’ ability to engage with it all.

The campus is absolutely gorgeous! A wonderful mix of old and new, castles and modern buildings. Reserving rooms encourages students to get out of their rooms and study anywhere on campus, from the top of the castle tower, to the communal "pods" at Commons. The Student Union building has a bar and a small shop, and activities going on almost every day. Karaoke every other Saturday is one of my favourites. Close enough to the city of Bath for easy access, while still having the feeling of a university town. Lots of student discounts and student bars/clubs in town, as the University of Bath is also nearby. Interesting classes, lovely lecturers and guest lecturers, and proper assessments. Few, if not none, tests, allowing for those who do not thrive with simple memorization to show off how they learn. The diversity of students encourages the broadening of your own world view. A wide range of courses, allowing for study into incredibly specific topics. The main issue with the university is the wait time for wellbeing appointments, as it can take up to four months to even get a foot in the door. This means that if you do need help, it is very difficult to achieve. Also, while it isn't the university's fault, it is important to know that the First Bus system is not very reliable, so if you have a job in town, it is quite nerve-wracking.

Toilets need updating. Some are incredibly small , have to step over the toilet to close the door. Some lecture hall seats are broken/wobbly. Seats/sign in is inconsistent. Parking is excellent. The feel from the Uni is very supportive. Really nurturing.

The course itself is ran by a dedicated team of lecturers who really take the time to know and push you. The faculties are okay but the amount of access you have to them is amazing. Since the course I’ve really been able to develop myself and be pushed and championed by the lectures who put in more time and energy than most lecturers in many unis. Thee skills and constant investment in you as a person and creative is definitely one of the best parts of the course!

The best aspects of the University of Southampton is the great opportunities, e.g. societies and guest talks. I love going sailing on the Solent every other week and frequently running around the beautiful common. Similarly, new guest come to talk about their roles and how to get into their roles which is very beneficial for career development. There are no bad aspects that I have experienced so far.

I am thoroughly enjoying studying at Portsmouth University, although i have struggled throughout my time here with mental health problems all the staff in every department have been amazing and without their incredible support im not sure i would have reached my third year and be looking at graduating! i cant praise them higher, it is an incredible university that treats every student the same no matter who they are, where they are from or any disabilities they may have.

Design of each module is perfect according to the professional requirement , providing students best environment of study , supportive and much more than that interactive sessions in class to share practical experiences and professional both. As facility , Teaching staff is really good and well organized to teach and deal with students to provide them equal guidance and equal attention. And lets talk about the learning you will find as student various activities organized for each week by Student union and University to provide students a friendly, healthy and peaceful environment to keep them updated and active in their academic career. Best part cultural diversity different people from different parts of world came here as student and their is no any different among them , each are provided with same level of education , support and behave as one team.
