The Francis Close Hall and Oxstalls campus libraries provide 24/7 access to extensive collections, IT resources, wireless printing, and photocopying services. Across the university, students have access to over 500 computers, free Wi-Fi, and loanable laptops. Media equipment, including camcorders and dictaphones, is also available, with digital editing software installed on all library PCs. The university boasts a variety of specialist facilities tailored to different disciplines. For instance, the Oxstalls campus houses the Business School and Growth Hub, featuring a live trading room, innovative teaching spaces, and a moot court room. Additionally, the campus offers an international-standard sports arena, 3G pitches, and a cricket pavilion and pitch. The University of Gloucestershire fosters a diverse student community where individuals from various backgrounds learn together while embracing university life. This initiative would reflect the university's commitment to student support, ensuring that all scholars have access to a stable and conducive living environment during critical phases of their studies.

the university is very welcoming with a fantastic social scene and provides many opportunities for students in most courses that aren’t accessible in a lot of other places. You can feel the university’s prestige and history without the worry of a class divide as there is a diverse scene of students. The one worst aspect of glasgow university is the struggle to find a space to study at certain times of day. There isn’t too many facilities for studying on campus considering the size of the university and the number of students they host.

Best aspect is the wonderful array of societies and extra curricular activities on campus, including my personal favourite Musicality! Worst part is probably the obscene charge for student card replacements, mine was stolen and I was still asked to pay £15!

The supervisors, Phd office, students and the university itself have been wonderfully supportive. It is easy to criticise minor issues or those beyond the universities control, but overall it is just a great place to be and study. The Students Union could improve the way it deals with people as I did not find them particularly supportive, but then maybe I caught them on a bad day. I will still give them 4 stars since they mean well.

Not always the most supportive and clear with assignments that are due and not always as understanding something doesn’t go to plan. The vet school in Langford cafeteria is quite limited and a lot more expensive than the main campus There is also limited areas to eat and relax compared to the main campus The content is not well spaced out on blackboard you often have to go into multiple folders to find specific work
