The best one was when I arrived for the first time at university, where the university staff at the reception desk in Dalton building were very friendly and helped me find the lecture theatre. I don’t have a bad one.

The staff are easy going always ready to help, the park is beautiful, Peel park, got here September 2025 and so far nothing negative, what impressed me the most is I can just have a quick chat with my lecturers about anything bothering in my education and personal life, as an international student it feels so welcoming, too bad I have to graduate lol

Best is socials! I’ve joined the swimming club and the team are great, lots of training available with good coaches and fun nights out. I’ve made so many friends. Worst is the food in campus is quite expensive. There are free breakfast schemes sometimes but not enough and the cafes aren’t really subsidised.
