At times, students only have access to cold water, which can be uncomfortable and difficult, especially for students who are sensitive or have health issues related to cold temperatures. UCLan is a great place to study because of its friendly staff, diverse student community, and excellent facilities like the library and sports centre. It provides strong academic and personal support. One area for improvement could be creating more study spaces during exam periods and adding more campus events to bring students together.

Everyone I have met has been friendly and helpful. There are plenty of societies to join and the student union bar is great for a bit of socialisation on the side. I wish there were more green spaces to sit and quiet areas like the library dotted around. Parking is a bit hit and miss but there's plenty of buses.

The best aspects are the student union and the facilities available. I think it could be improved if we had more books generally available at the library without requiring click and collect, since right now the library feels like a study space but not a real library.

Northumbria's sports facilities are fantastic, I love sports central. As a sport lover it is a great place to go, super encouraging at getting students to be involved in sports whether through participating or watching. The psychology department is brilliant, nice big rooms and social spaces for independent study or group chats. Habita is cosy and big, always showing sports, fun music and cheap food and drinks.
