What makes my uni a great place to study is their student support. They try to help their students in any way possible to ensure that students get the best out of their education. I think it would be better if the university put more effort into societies and clubs such as sporting clubs and teams . It would help the university to have more of a community and really showcase other talents other than what students already study on their courses. My university do have societies and some sporting teams, however some of the societies don’t run anymore and it’s not made to be as big as it was when I first heard about it before I joined uni. I think it’s important to have that feel of community and university culture and to also show the inclusiveness of different cultures, groups and activities in which people associate them selves with.

Moulscoombe campus is a really good locations, not to close or far from town and right next to halls Brighton Night life is great Aldrich Library is a great location to study The Society’s are good fun and making friends is easy just by going to them Lots of things to do in and around Brighton

The university often hold different types of activities for students to participate, which allows students to get together and meet more new friends. Also, it is convenient to have a Costcutter on campus and a LIdl within a 10 min walking distance. Meanwhile if student needs help and went to the student hub, it often take a long time for queuing up to seek help.

I'm an optometry student entering my third year in September 2024. The lecturers are very nice and supportive; however, the optometry students in Group C are extremely rude, disrespectful, and lack any sort of manners. Many of them speak poorly of you if you fall behind or are slow in your routine, and they refuse to collaborate despite knowing that practice is essential for skill improvement.

Since joining this year for my masters on what is the first year that the course has been run, lecturers have been great, content has been great and the communication between students and the university regarding covid and the constantly changing situation that we have found ourselves in has been excellent. Whilst it has not been possible to meet many students at the Uni socially there have been many social events run over zoom to get involved with and I feel they have made the best of an unprecedented situation.

The campus is quite far from where I live, and if I stay for events, I come home at a later times and my area is unsafe, so I don’t really go to university events anymore. Though I do enjoy the buildings of the campus and the facilities.

Best Experience - The library's 24-hour opening hours help students who fall behind in their work stay and catch up. Worst Experience - The prices at some uni stores can be a little high for an average student to shop there or buy food.

I recently completed the Level 4 Diploma in Business Management from the London School of Planning and Management (LSPM), and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I feel that I have still learned a lot, but many of the assessments have been changed from practice assessments to essays or tests. I just can’t wait to be on campus because I know it will be so much better. I can’t give a proper opinion until I see what everything is like for myself

Its a very good place to study. The campus is great and the staff are very supportive. Would highly recommend, particularly if you studying politics. The student union could be improved a bit, otherwise its great.
