What students say about nursing-specific-conditions

The support from university and staff has been amazing! Teaching is outstanding and great facilities. Only downfall is Aberdeens student life and location, the campuses aren’t very close together for people who rely on public transport . I find being a driver just as hard due to lack of parking and costs. £5.75+ per day to park adds up a lot for someone who doesn’t come from a wealthy family.

What students say about nursing-specific-conditions

The student life is great, and the campus is lovely The humanities and arts do not get enough funding and it is difficult to see the university funding expensive new buildings for subjects like Business when most of our faculties are struggling and do not have the funds to adequately support their students and pay their staff. This needs to change

Tutors are lovely but the only thing that could be improved is the support for the English and the rest of the students who are not from Scotland. It's took me 3 years to get help for my dyslexia and that is because I have to pay for it.

Best experiences are with my sports society, especially the games and training. I have made so many friends through this The sports facilities could be improved. Also having Wednesdays afternoons off like other universities so sports teams don’t miss out on learning when representing the uni

What students say about nursing-specific-conditions

I love the city in general. The University's libraries are good. with proper facilities that I can use, such as discussion rooms, computers, printers, even 3D printer! Some buildings look so old but in positive ways, make them look classic and cultured. However, in my own experience, some classrooms are a little bit aged. i mean, like some chairs are feel old, they are sometimes kind of wobbly, and some of them do not have enough leg room. Main library can be crowded when exam days come, but I think that is something that can not be avoided. i think it is good to add some space for classrooms or some like study hubs.
