A lot of the courses aren't really standardised. Some use Moodle a lot, some don't. Though that might also be the lecturers trying to customise it to their teaching style. Lecturers are a mixed bag. Some read directly from slides, others actually try and engage with the class. Depends on what subject.

My experience at the University of Stirling has been truly positive. Great Support: There is help for academics, mental health, and personal issues. Beautiful Campus: The surroundings are peaceful and full of nature. Learning Opportunities: You can learn new skills and meet new people. Worst Aspects Heavy Workload: Sometimes, it’s hard to balance studies and other activities. Few Social Events: There aren’t always enough fun activities. Cultural Challenges: It can be hard to adjust if you’re from another country.

The library and sports facilities are really good but the student union has been mostly shut during my time at uni due to raac concrete, and the union building was sold to campus eats so no longer has its 100% plantbased by 2030 pledge

The students at our university are the most important people on campus. Our university is very good at putting the students first and allowing them to have their say. Furthermore, there is a multitude of opportunities for staff and students to work together making the campus feel more like a community. I myself have worked with the Comms; Events; People and Wellbeing teams allowing me to form close bonds with facility.

I feel that I have still learned a lot, but many of the assessments have been changed from practice assessments to essays or tests. I just can’t wait to be on campus because I know it will be so much better. I can’t give a proper opinion until I see what everything is like for myself
