Best aspects: The university provides a supportive learning environment with helpful lecturers and good academic resources. Worst aspects / Improvements: One issue that needs improvement is the heating and hot water system, as it does not always work properly. At times, students only have access to cold water, which can be uncomfortable and difficult, especially for students who are sensitive or have health issues related to cold temperatures. Ensuring reliable heating and hot water would greatly improve student comfort and wellbeing.

The best aspects are the student union and the facilities available. I think it could be improved if we had more books generally available at the library without requiring click and collect, since right now the library feels like a study space but not a real library.

I love the new city campus. It looks great and has excellent facilities, but more green spaces would be nice. The library is well stocked and there are plenty of study spaces. The teaching staff are excellent.

1，in short, everything look pretty good. My lovely teachers classmates and local staff. With their help, i can successfully access into my class to study at first time. Without doubt, Environment is magnificent in here , every time i saw these unforgettable landscape, i won't forget those sweet memories in here.

There are excellent lecturers and student support services (particularly academic skills). The campus has a good feel and has a lot of outdoor seating which will be nice when the weather is warm. Lecture rooms are good but the seats are very uncomfortable. There is little impact from the students' union, for example there was no 'refreshers fayre' for January intake students, which also impacts the student life score.

Worst is library computers, they have to include usbc for computer extension. I like the organisation I wish they had more international student support considering we’re paying 3x more for the same thing
