Here in Exeter, a wide range of facilities are available to make the student experience truly unforgettable. There are plenty of study spaces—not only in the library, but across most university buildings—as well as access to desks and university computers when needed. On top of that, there are numerous catering outlets and conveniently located student shops. It really is stunning! Can you imagine that there are even study spaces in some student halls of residence, such as East Park? What more could we possibly need to excel? And then there’s the location. We are genuinely in the heart of everything. An excellent bus service connects our two main campuses, Streatham and St Luke’s, and the city centre is just a 15-minute walk away—perfect for a refreshing stroll and some fresh air after a long day of indoor work. Are you wondering about the student support Exeter offers? I think any student would agree that we couldn’t be luckier. We are truly spoiled by the level of care we receive from tutors, personal tutors, and wellbeing advisors. Our campus is also a registered botanical garden. How could you not feel motivated starting your day surrounded by nature—breathing in fresh air, listening to birdsong, and passing by the beautiful, flowing water of our ponds? Exeter is home to students from all over the world, giving the campus its inclusive, diverse, and truly international character. And let’s not forget that we have over 300 societies—both academic and non-academic—so there really is something for everyone. I think the best thing you can do is book yourself onto a campus tour and see it all for yourself

The vet school are very involved and really want the best for us. They regularly make changes based on our experiences and comments . The curriculum is constantly developing and the accreditations speak for themselves. Staff are friendly and so easy to speak to, never make you feel like you are asking a silly question or that you are unable to push them with your questions if you want to know even more. Bristol city is expensive relative to northern unis and is one of the most expensive outside London despite us getting minimal loan! But Bristol is the epitome of a student city, its vibrant, something for everyone and really does have a small town feel which if you are like me and hate big cities, is perfect!
