Really great university. LSE has such a vibrant international atmosphere, and it’s location in the center of London gives you so many options! Something that stands out about LSE are the incredible opportunities given to students to attend all sorts of conferences and events that are so useful in your growth as an academic and professional. The community at LSE is so unique, it is so diverse and supportive. I recommend LSE very highly to anyone considering.

The best part of my university experience has been meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures, which improved my communication skills and confidence. I also enjoyed learning practical knowledge related to my course that will help me in my future career. Worst aspect: The most challenging part was managing time between assignments, exams, and part-time work. Sometimes it was stressful, but it helped me become more organised and responsible. If you want, I can also make it more professional or more personal for a specific form.

Generally, the facilities on offer are well designed and accessible. The distance of the university from London makes it fairly attractive, and the campus is among the more unique offerings across the UK. I found some sports societies to be a little on the expensive side, and having had to commute for part of my time as a student, the student life aspect hasn't always been the best or most exciting.

All staff in university is eager to help you with any kind of questions or problems. At lectures teachers are really engaging and supportive. You never notice how quick time flies during lectures. Especially, before any assignments you are given every detail about it, so you are well prepared and not scared at all. Birkbeck suggests a lot of opportunities for busy social life, where you can meet lots of enthusiastic people, and opportunities for future career such as additional workshops, professional guests, etc. I love being a part of this community!
