What students say about law

I think the best one is about how you learn more about the industry work, can easily get access to things and meet new friends that you might keep for life. Worst is when I start not going to lectures , the units become more complicating.

What students say about law

At Middlesex University London, one of the best aspects of my experience has been the diverse and international learning environment. It helped me improve my communication skills and gain global exposure. The teaching approach is practical and career-focused, with real-world projects that enhanced my technical and analytical abilities. The lecturers are supportive and approachable. One of the more challenging aspects has been administrative processes, such as fee and scholarship-related matters, which sometimes require follow-ups. Additionally, managing academic deadlines can be demanding. However, these challenges have improved my time management and problem-solving skills.

What students say about law

I want to study emerging economies and learn languages and it’s easily one of the best places in the world for that. There really is a global focus. The library is amazing. It really punches above its weight in terms of the staff and resources you get access to. The location is amazing. Bloomsbury is so nice. Russel Square is the loveliest park ever, It’s a small campus uni but we get access to all of london around us so it doesn’t feel small at all. People at SOAS are very nice, but not necessarily as outgoing as other unis. But you’re in london so you don’t really have to worry about that to be honest: If you don’t make many friends here, there’s many other unis nearby. However I will say that it’s definitely not very diverse in terms of politics. Most people here are extremely left wing and students and staff don’t respond very well to dissenting ideas. Even though it’s very ethnically diverse, most students have extremely similar worldviews and ways of approaching things, which isn’t ideal for intellectual exploration.

The best aspects are that the teachers are helpful and experienced and so it helps with learning, however there could be more help with exam resources such as more practice questions for the exam to get the most support

What students say about law

One of the best parts of studying at Roehampton University is the friendly and supportive environment. The lecturers explain topics clearly and are always willing to help when students have questions. The campus is peaceful, with good facilities like the library, study rooms, and social spaces, which makes it a comfortable place to learn. I also enjoy meeting classmates from different countries and backgrounds because it helps me learn new ideas and understand different cultures. The teaching style at Roehampton makes learning easier and more enjoyable. Seminars and group activities help me understand the lessons better, and the coursework is practical, helping me connect what I learn to real-life situations. I feel that the university encourages students to think independently and build confidence. Overall, I feel supported in my studies, and this has helped me grow both academically and personally. Even though my experience has been positive, there are some areas that could improve. Sometimes the workload feels heavy, especially when deadlines are close together. Communication about certain tasks or readings can be unclear at times. More career support, part-time job opportunities, and more flexible timetables would also make things easier for students. However, these challenges are common in most universities, and Roehampton still offers a good overall student experience.

Best aspects: - the library has really great facilities and resources - classes are not too clustered giving you time to do independent study - lecturers are quick to respond and help - there is a variety of resources to equip students with career paths - there are a lot of guest speakers to give insight into different careers Not so good aspects: - I think the prices of coffee and other beverages can be reduced - I think the bus timetable should be more often than what it is - I think emails in preparation to starting the academic year could be more informative than they are - I think that assignment due dates could be more dispersed and not clustered together

I have had a wonderful experience studying at the university. From all aspects, I have not been dissapointed once - the teaching quality, equipment and areas, the opportunities to reach out and get involved - all have been to a very high level. University is what you make of it, and the University of Greenwich definitely allows you to reach your potential.

Best aspects: The best part of my university experience has been the supportive professors and the chance to work on practical, interactive projects. I also really enjoyed meeting new people, joining clubs, and taking part in social events, which made university life enjoyable and memorable. Worst aspects: The worst part has been that some lectures were very dense and fast-paced, which sometimes made it hard to fully understand the material. I would have appreciated a bit more time to explore certain topics in depth.
