Languages postgraduate degrees in Yorkshire And Humberside

I don't like the uni location. It's too far from the city and there's no much to do. However, nothing can be done to change that. I would like that there is more opportunities for international students to visit the UK.

The staff I have met so far as well as the facilities available (especially Adsetts Library & the new buildings) have been amazing and have provided an excellent environment for learning. I will say though that this review is incomplete, mainly due to the fact that the Student Union is in the process of moving location and so I haven't experienced it a lot. There is a cost of living shop though and the staff are really nice.

City campus in the heart of the city easy to get too and lots of places in the city to have fun. The teachers give a lot of support during lessons and outside. Classes are detailed and focused on our understanding. The students are all friendly and help eachother.

The university is diversified and inclusive, welcoming international student from all over the world, with staff who are ready to listen and create a bespoke learning experience for student The ambience if the university is serene, feee from urban stress and traffic hereby creating a relaxed environment For learning. The university has a broad range of campus activities to build the socio-academic lifestyle of student and prepare them for the world outside the university

Oxford Brookes University offers a supportive learning environment with passionate lecturers and modern facilities. The campus is vibrant, with plenty of opportunities to get involved in clubs and events. The city of Oxford adds to the appeal, providing a rich, historic backdrop and excellent career opportunities. Overall, it’s a great choice for those looking for a balance of academics and student life.

Sheffield in general is such a homely and friendly city which already makes the university experience amazing. However, these factors are supported by the incredible student union which is consistently offering a rage of activities, contests, events and more to ensure everyone feels involved and welcome. The standard of teaching is so high, each member of staff putting maximum effort in to support us in our studies and ensure we are coping okay with the change to independent living. I couldn't say anything bad about the University; coming here was the best decision I have made!

There are excellent lecturers and student support services (particularly academic skills). The campus has a good feel and has a lot of outdoor seating which will be nice when the weather is warm. Lecture rooms are good but the seats are very uncomfortable. There is little impact from the students' union, for example there was no 'refreshers fayre' for January intake students, which also impacts the student life score.

I love YSJ because the staff are really welcoming, i like the food in the canteen and the feel of the uni. It could be improved by having more social events throughout the year instead of just freshers.
