International Marketing postgraduate degrees

It might not be university specific, but the difficulties in commuting has a big impact. The university has been negotiating with the first bus, however, the busses are always full because of sudden cancellations. Since university is at the top of the hill, I would hope this to be improved significantly so I wouldn’t have to walk up or take an uber up which makes me too tiring to concentrate on lectures.

It's a great place to study and university are also welcoming to international students. But i think university give some time to students for his financial situation and give some relaxation. To submit tuition fees.

Most of the lecturers are great and very talented. But I would say the first year is very intense in terms of pace and the amount of content for each lecture so a little overwhelming. There’s a large amount of neuroscience and stats. Feedback can be a bit vague. There are societies and sport clubs. I tried a few societies but found them cliquey but others like them. Can’t comment on SUbas I’m a commuter and never been. The location of the uni is pretty isolated and boring. I’m a commuter but would feel bored living in Egham. It just feels like a village and is a 2 mile round walk. The uni is next to an A road and the walk up the hill is dodgy (narrow path). The people here tend to be on the posh side. I do think the campus and library is pretty, there’s a good library and teaching quality is good.

Actually, when I got the offer to study at SOAS. My friends told me that how much I am lucky, it is an Amazing University. It has a good reputation, everyone knows SOAS, if they are not studying at it, they wish to study here, and who had the luck to study, they are grateful. When I started, I took presessional course in the first month, I was so stressed, nervous and confused. Then I started my Master's course, I loved everything, and I learned what my friends and everyone meant. I wish that I could study my undergraduate degree here. Maybe the worst thing is SOAS just in Bloomsbury, it should have campus in North, West, East and South not just in the central

My best experience is having lecturers who are ever ready to help students, but there is the need to consider modules that are held at the start of the programme. Experience in some modules are very useful in others, and should come first.

WIFI is absolutely awful and there are many dead zones around campus. How can a top-level engineering university provide such poor internet connection, especially when all of our assignments are internet based and due online? I am constantly searching for places around campus with any useable connection and the VPN speeds when you're off campus are just unusable. It's the year 2024. How have we not figured this out yet? It's absolutely unaccusable. You have the money to build an entire new campus, but can't fix the internet at your main campus? Awful.

The best aspects are the student union and the facilities available. I think it could be improved if we had more books generally available at the library without requiring click and collect, since right now the library feels like a study space but not a real library.
