As a final year student, reflecting I can confidently say this course has been a great place to study and grow both professionally and personally. I love the course and I have made some of my closest friends here in Bournemouth, which has created a supportive and collaborative environment throughout my time studying. The teaching staff are highly knowledgeable and have had so much experience in the industry to share, they are approachable and genuinely invested in our toolkit. One of the strongest aspects of the course is the opportunity to collaborate with the Bournemouth Film School. This has been an invaluable experience, allowing me to work on graduate films, understand professional screen practice, and begin building industry connections before graduating. Overall, this course has been an extremely positive and formative experience, and I would highly recommend it to any student looking to develop their craft! Go for it!

It is a great place to study because it provides a supportive and welcoming environment for students. The teachers are knowledgeable and approachable, which makes it easier to ask questions and understand difficult topics. There are good learning facilities such as libraries, quiet study areas, and access to online resources that help with independent learning. The opportunity to work with others and be part of a diverse community also makes studying more engaging and enjoyable.

I love all the student deals. However, I feel like many of the student activity processes could be streamlined as it seems so overwhelming as a foreigner/first-year. Like, having to book a ticket, but then still waiting in line or an event being overbooked via ticketing that people are dissuaded to come. Then, when the event takes place, the ticket holders don’t even come.

From my perspective of being a student at coventry university id like to say how good the physical location and quality of all the facilites are. the design, layout, and ease of access for botth the engineering building and the library are excillent, student life here is great too, i currently live in a rental-based accommodation with 4 people, and it works quite well. Personally I couldnt fault the university with anything as I believe it is perfectly equipped to fullfil all its students needs.

Leeds Arts Univerity is small in size, meaning there are few noteworthy Student Unions in comparison to UoL, but does feel welcoming and safe. The university's student support is freindly and helpful from what I experienced; LAU is a very inclusive organisation and does strive to support students with a variety of services available. The campus is a little dull looking, with few spaces looking vibrant in contrast to the many white/grey hallways. I was able to use the Film/Photography course's cameras as a Music student, however the university's facilities seem somewhat limited as a whole, with spaces and equipment scarce close to submission time.

The best aspects have to be the friends I’ve made they’ve been worth the money all the way. Also creating films and the video essay from first year. The worst aspect has been this whole semester, the organisation skills of the university tutors and the amount of theory work that film PRODUCTION students have to undertake.
