The university has very supportive teachers and great facilities that are easy to access and get around. Getting to classes is easy and the campus look is really nice and gives off a historical type of vibe. I don’t really know much about student life outside my classes since I don’t go out much but hearing from my friends that go there there isn’t a shortage of opportunities for students to put themselves out there. I don’t really have bad things or things I don’t like about the university to say off the top of my head because I really have no problems. The assignments and exams I get are reasonable and I can’t complain because that’s what is expected of a university student. The university of Greenwich makes things very affordable for students which is really nice. With free busses and coffee isn’t overpriced and their accommodation which I’m planning to go to next semester is a bit expensive but also a price which is reasonable. I’ve made so many new friends at the uni and we’ve had so many good experiences together and yeah I guess that’s it.

The best part of my experience has been the practical approach to learning and the diverse student community, which made it easy to meet people and gain different perspectives. The course helped me build useful, real-world skills. On the downside, some areas could be better organised, and communication at times could be improved. Overall, it’s been a valuable and enriching experience.

My experience at uni has been mostly positive. The course is engaging and the practical elements make it more interesting. Many lecturers are supportive and the facilities are helpful for studying. The University of Westminster is a great place to study because of its location in the heart of London, at Baker Street. The professors are excellent and have relevant knowledge and experience in the sports industry. We also hear from experienced guest speakers working in the industry, which gives us valuable insight into real-world careers. In addition, we go on trips to visit sporting stadiums and venues, which is very helpful for gaining practical experience and a deeper understanding of the industry. The university experience could be enhanced by organising more on-campus activities and events for students.

The location in central London not far from where the UKs decisions are made is amazing. The library has most of the resources I need and if you can’t find something the library staff will happily try and make it available. The thing where the uni lets us down the most is admin.

I’m a mature student doing the BMus Music part-time at Goldsmiths. I’ve just come to the end of the full-time first year (which has taken me two years). Headline is I’d really recommend this course – it was definitely a good decision to apply. Over the first year I’ve done 5 year-long modules and coming to the end I reckon they have given me a really solid foundation as a musician in terms of my ability to play, write, analyse and think about music.
