What students say about environment-protection

The faculty, and academics are great, and the rankings of the course lives upto the course that gets taught. The industry of the university is amazing, with the connect with each individual faculty is also very commendable. The student life can be improved within the campus.

What students say about environment-protection

Studying Computer Science at the University of Liverpool is a great experience overall. The department has a strong academic reputation, with knowledgeable and supportive lecturers who make complex topics engaging and approachable. Students benefit from excellent facilities, including modern labs and access to up-to-date software and hardware, which create an ideal environment for learning. The friendly atmosphere and approachable staff contribute to a supportive study experience, and the city of Liverpool itself is vibrant, affordable, and full of opportunities for social and cultural activities. However, the course could be improved by offering more practical, hands-on coding opportunities and real-world projects earlier in the degree, as well as by improving timetable organisation to reduce clashes and balance workloads more evenly throughout the semester

What students say about environment-protection

Canterbury Christ Church University is a genuinely supportive and caring environment that prioritises not only academic success but also student wellbeing. The staff are approachable and always willing to help, and there are plenty of services available for health, wellbeing, and academic support. The sense of community is strong — you never feel like just a number. The university’s focus on employability is another major strength, and it’s reflected in its impressive record of being rated first in graduate employment. The campus is welcoming and inclusive, and the facilities create a great atmosphere for learning and personal growth. Although the university offers great support, it could continue to improve by expanding study spaces and updating some facilities to keep up with growing student numbers.

Can’t believe I’m already in my final year of Biomedical Sciences at UEL . Feels like yesterday I was sitting by the riverside at Docklands during my foundation year, watching planes take off from City Airport, it was my little peaceful escape. This course has been such a blessing – from incredible labs and supportive lecturers to the Career Zone and Mental Wealth modules that gave me so much confidence . Being a Student Ambassador made my uni journey extra special (hello public speaking skills ), and the Indian Society always brought the most colourful vibes.. And the location? Perfect. Canary Wharf, the O2, Westfield Stratford – all just a quick ride away. Honestly, UEL has been a mix of learning, growing, and making unforgettable memories .

My university experience had its highs and lows. The best part was the supportive academic environment, with passionate lecturers and plenty of resources like well-equipped libraries and study spaces. The vibrant campus life, with diverse clubs and events, made it a great place to meet people and grow personally. However, there were some downsides, like the high cost of living and occasional administrative delays, which could be frustrating. Improving affordability and streamlining student support services would make the experience even better overall.

I’m really enjoying my time at NTU! The academic environment is fantastic—lecturers are passionate about their subjects, and the courses are engaging and well-structured. There’s plenty of support available, whether it’s academic help, career advice, or mental health services. The social side is also a huge plus! There are so many societies, sports teams, and events that make it easy to meet new people and get involved. The campus itself is a great place to study, with modern facilities, good libraries, and plenty of study spaces.

The best aspects of the University of Southampton is the great opportunities, e.g. societies and guest talks. I love going sailing on the Solent every other week and frequently running around the beautiful common. Similarly, new guest come to talk about their roles and how to get into their roles which is very beneficial for career development. There are no bad aspects that I have experienced so far.

I’ve just moved but I appreciate the small class sizes and I feel there is really strong student supports. The campus buildings can feel a bit old and outdated but the workshop facilities look amazing.

The has top quality facilities and good environment for studying, however the school scholarship and financial aspects are questionable. Overall I believe much could be done to help with the financial burden on the student. I also think the study timetable has to be reviewed, especially classes that end by 9pm in my department.
