Great location in London. Incredible research resources - love the library. So far, admin seems rushed, and unsure of what is going on. Several staff members have only been able to respond to important questions with 'I don't know'.

What students say about energy-economics-management-and-conservation

One of the best parts of studying at Roehampton University is the friendly and supportive environment. The lecturers explain topics clearly and are always willing to help when students have questions. The campus is peaceful, with good facilities like the library, study rooms, and social spaces, which makes it a comfortable place to learn. I also enjoy meeting classmates from different countries and backgrounds because it helps me learn new ideas and understand different cultures. The teaching style at Roehampton makes learning easier and more enjoyable. Seminars and group activities help me understand the lessons better, and the coursework is practical, helping me connect what I learn to real-life situations. I feel that the university encourages students to think independently and build confidence. Overall, I feel supported in my studies, and this has helped me grow both academically and personally. Even though my experience has been positive, there are some areas that could improve. Sometimes the workload feels heavy, especially when deadlines are close together. Communication about certain tasks or readings can be unclear at times. More career support, part-time job opportunities, and more flexible timetables would also make things easier for students. However, these challenges are common in most universities, and Roehampton still offers a good overall student experience.

The lectures in my course are very helpful and always get back to you when you have questions. We have good weeks timetabling where we have online lessons and in person and we start at a nice time as well which gives people time to travel. Our lectures give us PowerPoints which we can also look at when at home for more revision. The university is big and is a couple bus stops from train stations which is helpful as well. There is lots of places to get food and they have a wide variety of things.

What students say about energy-economics-management-and-conservation

I love all the student deals. However, I feel like many of the student activity processes could be streamlined as it seems so overwhelming as a foreigner/first-year. Like, having to book a ticket, but then still waiting in line or an event being overbooked via ticketing that people are dissuaded to come. Then, when the event takes place, the ticket holders don’t even come.

I love the scenery which is just by the River Thames. The accommodation is comfortable and peaceful. Worst experience is that students are made to search Placement opportunities themselves which can be quite exhausting.

What students say about energy-economics-management-and-conservation

The best aspects of my university experience have been the sense of community and the opportunities for personal and academic growth. My course is taught by passionate lecturers who make the subject feel relevant and engaging, and I’ve appreciated how approachable most staff are when I need help. There are also plenty of extracurricular activities and societies, which made it easy to meet people with similar interests. The campus facilities—like the library, study spaces, and wellbeing services—have also been a big part of what makes it a great place to study. In terms of what could be improved, there are a few key areas. Communication between departments could sometimes be clearer, especially around deadlines and timetable changes. At busy times of the year, access to study spaces can become limited, and more quiet areas or longer opening hours would make a difference. It would also help if there were more practical, hands-on learning opportunities such as placements, workshops, or industry links, as these really enhance understanding and employability. Overall, the university offers a supportive and stimulating environment, but with better organisation and more resources during peak periods, the student experience could be even stronger.

I recently completed the Level 4 Diploma in Business Management from the London School of Planning and Management (LSPM), and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Firstly, the course content was incredibly comprehensive and up-to-date with the latest industry standards. Each module provided valuable insights into various aspects of business management, from leadership and strategic planning to marketing and finance. The materials were well-structured and easy to follow, making the learning process both enjoyable and effective. Moreover, I was highly impressed by the support provided by the LSPM team throughout my studies. From the initial enquiry stage to graduation, their staff was always readily available to answer any queries and offer assistance whenever needed. The tutors were knowledgeable and approachable, providing invaluable guidance and feedback to help me excel in my studies. Additionally, the flexibility of the course allowed me to study at my own pace while juggling work and personal commitments. Whether it was accessing online resources or attending virtual lectures, LSPM made it convenient for me to pursue further education without disrupting my daily routine. Furthermore, the accreditation of the diploma by recognised bodies added to the credibility of the qualification, enhancing my confidence in its value within the job market. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend LSPM's Level 4 Diploma in Business Management to anyone looking to enhance their expertise in this field. It's an excellent investment in your professional development, and I'm truly grateful for the enriching experience it has provided me with.
