The best aspects of my experience so far has been the lessons as they have been engaging anf interesting. Everything is cleaely explained and there is plenty of support if there were to be things I was unaware of. Another of the best aspects has been the people as everyome is welcoming and friendly. I've had a few issues with my room and the people who have fixed the issues have been friendly and communicated everything that was being done to sort the problems. The worst aspects of my uni experience has been the several issues i have jad with my accomodatiom as i have had several plumbing issues and experience regilar fire alarms outside of set test times.

I am a mature distance learning student, completing my MA in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics. The online platform is easy to use and the digital library is expansive. All staff have been easy to contact when I need any support, including IT, Finance, Admin, my personal tutor and teaching staff. I have been assigned a mentor to help me stay connected with university life and the Philosophy department. The modules are contemporary, as are the course materials. The student cohort is diverse and we all connect to the course flexibly, from different time zones. I receive a weekly events newsletter which has plenty of options for attending online webinars and socials.

The University Experience was Good for me when I compare to own Country (India) Whereas the Students and Faculties in the University are well Mannered and Giving respect to each other and the Teaching is also good . The campus is very green and is just a beautiful place to study and work. There is a really good balance between socialising and work, I’m able to balance playing sport and meeting up with friends with my studies, not having to compromise on much. The lecturers are very helpful and they generally explain things well, although the pastoral and careers support through our tutors could be improved. Generally I am very glad I chose to study here in Nottingham, and would recommend it to anyone looking to achieve highly in both their career and at the same time be able to have a thriving social life and overall good work life balance.

Limited amount of shops in Lincoln, which makes it get a bit stale quick, but is still a lovely city with plenty of things to do. Another downside is the fact it is in the middle of nowhere, you have to get trains or coaches if you want to go anywhere else. However, it does have everything you need as a student, with a good night out as well

I come from Madagascar, an island located in the Southern African region in the Indian Ocean. In my country, English is the third language, with French as the second, and Malagasy as our local official language. Additionally, Madagascar is one of the most underdeveloped countries in the world. I earned my Master's degree in Theology from our national theological faculty before pursuing a second Master's level course at the Cambridge Centre for Christianity Worldwide (CCCW). I am deeply grateful and honored to have been admitted here, and I extend my thanks to the CCCW Board for this opportunity. My journey at CCCW has been marked by several meaningful experiences: Despite my background, I have never felt excluded. I am welcomed as part of the community, and my classmates are genuinely understanding and supportive. English proficiency is required for students from countries where English is not the first language. I am deeply thankful to my professors and classmates for their patience, as they recognize both my efforts and my progress in achieving academic-level English. I have never felt judged, and I am committed to improving daily. Lastly, the support, guidance, and attention from the professors have been invaluable. I truly admire their dedication and the advice they offer as they assist us throughout our studies.
