From my personal perspective it always feels when it comes to spending on study spaces and upgrading lecture halls West park gets significantly more. Even when the uni gives budget to central campus it’s currently to build a digital hub for west park students while our lecture rooms (mainly D block James France) are being run down. It is very disheartening to feel the uni cares more about one set of students than another. Saying this the wellbeing services are great with a special shoutout to community warden Jenny Ardley for being such a leg and.

Best part of the uni is it's facilities like the David Wilson Library and sports centers,student union , career hub etc. Accommodation is decent, with options in the city and The Village, though the latter is farther from campus. On the downside, some buildings feel outdated, Wi-Fi can be patchy, and travel from The Village to campus can be inconvenient. Overall, it’s supportive with room for improvement.

Best aspect is the wonderful array of societies and extra curricular activities on campus, including my personal favourite Musicality! Worst part is probably the obscene charge for student card replacements, mine was stolen and I was still asked to pay £15!

Limited amount of shops in Lincoln, which makes it get a bit stale quick, but is still a lovely city with plenty of things to do. Another downside is the fact it is in the middle of nowhere, you have to get trains or coaches if you want to go anywhere else. However, it does have everything you need as a student, with a good night out as well
