Napier University has some of the most well equipped laboratories I have seen and the staff follow standard procedures to ensure students safety while conducting experiments. The university common areas and convenience areas are also well maintained at all times, making for a great over all experience. While the general experience is great, the following could be improved; - The speed of student ID card production could be increased, to make the cards available for first time students who need this as a means of identification to purchase bus passes and cards at student friendly rates. - Access to the library entrance doors at late hours should not be restricted only to students with a physical ID card, as this possesses a problem for new students waiting to get their ID cards. - A cash payment option can be included for food and beverage purchases on campus. This would increase payment options available to students, especially new students navigating the e-payment system in Edinburgh.
