One of the best experiences was the welcoming festival at the beginning of the year. I was so happy to see all communities and clubs introducing themselves to the new coming students where they can start to know people and get to know a bit more about the university and Bristol. I don't have a "worst moment" to be honest because this year with its courses was to get students to get used to the university and that's exactly what I got out of it.

The best part of my university experience has been meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures, which improved my communication skills and confidence. I also enjoyed learning practical knowledge related to my course that will help me in my future career. Worst aspect: The most challenging part was managing time between assignments, exams, and part-time work. Sometimes it was stressful, but it helped me become more organised and responsible. If you want, I can also make it more professional or more personal for a specific form.

The University of Westminster is a great place to study because of its location in the heart of London, at Baker Street. The professors are excellent and have relevant knowledge and experience in the sports industry. We also hear from experienced guest speakers working in the industry, which gives us valuable insight into real-world careers. In addition, we go on trips to visit sporting stadiums and venues, which is very helpful for gaining practical experience and a deeper understanding of the industry. The university experience could be enhanced by organising more on-campus activities and events for students.

One of the best parts of studying at Roehampton University is the friendly and supportive environment. The lecturers explain topics clearly and are always willing to help when students have questions. The campus is peaceful, with good facilities like the library, study rooms, and social spaces, which makes it a comfortable place to learn. I also enjoy meeting classmates from different countries and backgrounds because it helps me learn new ideas and understand different cultures. The teaching style at Roehampton makes learning easier and more enjoyable. Seminars and group activities help me understand the lessons better, and the coursework is practical, helping me connect what I learn to real-life situations. I feel that the university encourages students to think independently and build confidence. Overall, I feel supported in my studies, and this has helped me grow both academically and personally. Even though my experience has been positive, there are some areas that could improve. Sometimes the workload feels heavy, especially when deadlines are close together. Communication about certain tasks or readings can be unclear at times. More career support, part-time job opportunities, and more flexible timetables would also make things easier for students. However, these challenges are common in most universities, and Roehampton still offers a good overall student experience.

Location is great and range of societies is a plus. Support for students is excellent. Some rooms in the campus have recently been modernised which is nice to see. Some of the engineering facilities are very old, outdated, or broken. I have had a good experience with the SU finance team but I don’t really know what the SU does.

I'm an optometry student entering my third year in September 2024. The lecturers are very nice and supportive; however, the optometry students in Group C are extremely rude, disrespectful, and lack any sort of manners. Many of them speak poorly of you if you fall behind or are slow in your routine, and they refuse to collaborate despite knowing that practice is essential for skill improvement.
