I love how professional it is and how it gives that law and business feel. It isn't just a uni that feels like college. Although it is more of an independent vibe, not really social vibe for me friends wise the way universities like Westminster would be like I appreciate the vibe

UU is one of the most welcoming and diverse universities, with friendly staff and ways to learn — a place to develop and improve self. It’s a great place because there’s always notified events and opportunities, for career and personal improvement with the means to do so. They provide a lot of support and advice too. The students at our university are the most important people on campus. Our university is very good at putting the students first and allowing them to have their say. Furthermore, there is a multitude of opportunities for staff and students to work together making the campus feel more like a community. I myself have worked with the Comms; Events; People and Wellbeing teams allowing me to form close bonds with facility.

The facilities in Aston university makes it convenient for students to study. The facilities are modern and well maintained and there are multiple areas for group work and quiet study. The location is good as well as everything’s in walking distance like restaurants, shops and job opportunities. This makes it really convenient for students. One area where it could be improved is the parking. During peak times it can be quite difficult to find parking. Improving this for students who commute would make a big difference.

i love the community - societies are great, i love how i’ve met so many people and get to do a course i love, the worst aspect is maybe how many days were in as it doesn’t see very worth it and facilities/resources for art students as we got £150 from an exhibition last year and they kept the money for “resources” however we’ve not seen any
