Edge Hill overall is a good university. The campus is really pretty and there's lots of places to study. However, halls have had some issues and it's a challenge to communicate with the accommodation and facilities team. My course is good! The student union was a bit of a waste of money because nobody uses it

Worst is library computers, they have to include usbc for computer extension. I like the organisation I wish they had more international student support considering we’re paying 3x more for the same thing

Best aspects: The university provides a supportive learning environment with helpful lecturers and good academic resources. The campus is generally welcoming, and there are plenty of opportunities to develop skills both academically and personally. Worst aspects / Improvements: One issue that needs improvement is the heating and hot water system, as it does not always work properly. At times, students only have access to cold water, which can be uncomfortable and difficult, especially for students who are sensitive or have health issues related to cold temperatures. Ensuring reliable heating and hot water would greatly improve student comfort and wellbeing.
