While my experience has been largely positive, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the university experience even better. Administrative processes, such as timetabling or enrollment updates, can sometimes be slow or unclear. Improved communication and faster responses would make things easier for students, especially during busy periods like the start of term. Additionally, although the accommodations are comfortable and close to campus, they can be quite expensive because of the London location. More affordable housing options would be very helpful for students on a tight budget. Lastly, while LSBU already hosts a number of events, increasing the number of career-oriented workshops, industry meetups, and networking sessions would make a big difference. These events help students make valuable connections and understand the professional world more deeply. Overall, London South Bank University offers a strong combination of academic support, practical teaching, modern facilities, and an excellent central London location. With a few improvements in communication and affordability, the university could provide an even better experience. I love the scenery which is just by the River Thames. The accommodation is comfortable and peaceful. Worst experience is that students are made to search Placement opportunities themselves which can be quite exhausting.

The location in central London not far from where the UKs decisions are made is amazing. The library has most of the resources I need and if you can’t find something the library staff will happily try and make it available. The thing where the uni lets us down the most is admin.
