Architecture postgraduate degrees in South East England

SOAS university of London is located at the heart of London and surrounded by other great universities like Birkbeck, UCL and Kings College at a short distance. Access to their library, reading and education resources as well as the opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds is great. Maybe SOAS can look at lowering their cafeteria prices, which can make students feel more accustomed to student lives on a budget!

Review of Kingston University: Best and Worst Aspects Best Aspects: The diversity of students at Kingston University was a major highlight, creating an inclusive and enriching environment. The lecturers were knowledgeable, approachable, and brought real-world experience into the classroom, which made learning practical. The location was also ideal—close to London, yet set in a relaxed, charming town. **Worst Aspects:** The main downside was the inefficiency of student services, particularly with administrative tasks like accommodation and course changes. Additionally, some campus facilities, especially the older buildings, needed upgrades, and study spaces were often overcrowded during exam periods. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Streamline administrative services to improve efficiency. 2. Upgrade older facilities and expand study spaces. 3. Improve communication around student events and activities.

The people I have met here are so amazing, I feel very safe and comfortable. Testament support are always finding new ways to improve and are continuously raising awareness on what they have on offer and how they are abkd to support every individual

WIFI is absolutely awful and there are many dead zones around campus. How can a top-level engineering university provide such poor internet connection, especially when all of our assignments are internet based and due online? I am constantly searching for places around campus with any useable connection and the VPN speeds when you're off campus are just unusable. It's the year 2024. How have we not figured this out yet? It's absolutely unaccusable. You have the money to build an entire new campus, but can't fix the internet at your main campus? Awful.

I love how my uni has an employability focus and encourages students to reach their max potential through various schemes such as Future Ready career mentorship, Westminster Working Cultures and Westminster Employability Award

The support Brighton Uni has given me so much support with this course and made it very clear who to contact if any issues arise. I also know from friends how incredibly supportive and sympathetic the uni has been when they have experienced personal issues. This is my second Uni I have studied at, and Brighton is far better with the support it gives its students compared to the first one.

Best is the people and the quality of the education, worst has to deal with who runs UCL, administration has quite a few dirtbags. Facilitates aren't the greatest. I prefer more of a traditional campus feel and prefer KCL and LSE campus. Still considering coming back to UCL to apply for a LLM, alongside the other London unis, and maybe throw my shot at oxbridge.

The location is amazing. But university doesn’t have much of facilities when it comes to gym and sports. Pre booking makes it difficult to obtain the facilities. But other than that everything is amazing. London met facilities are highly qualified and very supportive. All the students and staffs are very cooperative and supportive.

Support Services are amazing. They go out of their way to support my peers and me. They are a credit to the university. - Lecturers are very supportive, especially with assignments University halls are in desperate need of refurbishing. Harry Law, Bateson and Rees are the main offenders. Generally, the university's estates need investment.
