University of Derby's teacher and program leader are easy and helpful, but mail replay or room find out difficult for students. Facilities are good, but IT facilities are bad because of update delay and poor, and I'd like to punch sometimes, e.g., "eo rro show," "student extra oder at activity poor news not come out well." There is no big notice board for update activity. But the purpose of the academic is clear, and all the lectures are done in the proper way. The University of Derby is a good place to study, especially in terms of teachers and academics, but there are certainly some areas where the university can improve, especially in terms of facilities. Best aspects (what makes it a great place to study): Helpful and Approachable Teachers/Program Leaders – Many students, as you have also experienced, emphasize the fact that the teachers and program leaders are helpful and approachable, not only knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the success of the students. The university excels in the quality of courses and the employability of the graduates, with high scores for these areas, often coming at the top in the student survey for these areas, with a Gold Award for Teaching Excellence. Clear Academic Structure and Proper Delivery of Lectures – As you have also experienced, the academic purposes and goals are simple and easy to understand, and the delivery of the lectures/modules is proper and on time. The courses are also relevant to the industry, with live briefs and a focus on making the students employment-ready, with high employment rates for graduates (around 94%). But The IT facilities are not very good sometimes, and there can be delays in getting work done due to updates, and sometimes the login and ID cards don't work very well, which can be frustrating at times when you want to get work done. Another thing that is not very good is the communication, as it takes ages to get a reply to an email sent to staff, and there is no big notice board or way to find out about things that are happening, so important information does not filter down to the students very well. However, if the university could improve the IT facilities so that they are more reliable and quicker to use, this would make the already good experience even better and turn it into a great one.

I come from Madagascar, an island located in the Southern African region in the Indian Ocean. In my country, English is the third language, with French as the second, and Malagasy as our local official language. Additionally, Madagascar is one of the most underdeveloped countries in the world. I earned my Master's degree in Theology from our national theological faculty before pursuing a second Master's level course at the Cambridge Centre for Christianity Worldwide (CCCW). I am deeply grateful and honored to have been admitted here, and I extend my thanks to the CCCW Board for this opportunity. My journey at CCCW has been marked by several meaningful experiences: Despite my background, I have never felt excluded. I am welcomed as part of the community, and my classmates are genuinely understanding and supportive. English proficiency is required for students from countries where English is not the first language. I am deeply thankful to my professors and classmates for their patience, as they recognize both my efforts and my progress in achieving academic-level English. I have never felt judged, and I am committed to improving daily. Lastly, the support, guidance, and attention from the professors have been invaluable. I truly admire their dedication and the advice they offer as they assist us throughout our studies.
