Studying at University of Aberdeen has been a truly rewarding experience because of its supportive academic environment, knowledgeable staff, and diverse international community. The university encourages independent thinking and research development while also providing students with guidance and opportunities to grow both academically and personally. One area that could always be further improved is expanding student support and social spaces even more, but overall it remains an inspiring and welcoming place to study.

I love all the student deals. However, I feel like many of the student activity processes could be streamlined as it seems so overwhelming as a foreigner/first-year. Like, having to book a ticket, but then still waiting in line or an event being overbooked via ticketing that people are dissuaded to come. Then, when the event takes place, the ticket holders don’t even come.

As an international Environmental Management student, my time at Plymouth has been defined by two things: academic freedom and incredible support. When I faced significant personal loss and financial struggles that impacted my attendance, the faculty didn't write me off they gave me the flexibility to recover and succeed. The course itself is far more than just exams. I was able to lead complex, consultancy-style projects (like my work on Singapore Heat Stress policies) that felt like real professional work, not just coursework. The resources in the Marine Building and library are top-tier for anyone willing to push themselves. Plymouth offers a rare balance: it challenges you intellectually to reach distinction levels, but supports you personally when life gets hard. Highly recommended for students who want resilience alongside their degree.

There should be more support for international students, the lack of staff specialized on matter regarding visas and financial support for international students makes the whole university experience feel more overwhelming and stressful.

Studying at Imperial College Business School for my Master's in Economics & Strategy for Business was an incredible experience. The program pushed me to think critically and strategically while offering the perfect blend of academic rigor and practical application. I was inspired by the diverse, driven cohort and had the chance to collaborate with brilliant peers from around the globe. The faculty's expertise and guidance truly enhanced my learning, and the school's location in the heart of London made the experience even more vibrant and enriching. It was a transformative journey that broadened my perspective and prepared me for real-world challenges.
