Sunderland University is a great place to study due to it being located into a good city, with easy access, it’s facilities are fairly good, the student support is fantastic and exceptional extracurricular activities you could get involved in. On the other side, the University could improve on retaining exceptionally talented and experienced tutors, which make student experience much more comprehensive and rewarding, and make parking fees more affordable for students who have no choice but to drive to campus. Overall, I enjoyed very much my studies at the University of Sunderland and will continue to explore all the opportunities that this university has offered.

This course is perfect for me as a mature student who is changing careers, due to being a very in demand profession with lots of prospects. I enjoyed it very much because I have stepped outside of my module network into the wider university support and network and leveraged more effectively the profesional building pathways that helped me grow and develop my skills further. As for the downside of this course, is that being in its trial and testing phase, I felt many times like an experiment and that has impacted my learning and outcome. I have full confidence that it will be a great course once it’s out of the testing phase and once more students enrol in it to create a positive learning environment, and once more of the skilled and experienced tutors are retained for the teaching of this course.

There’s plenty of space to study and plenty of facilities to help your learning. A huge library that has group areas and silent areas depending on what conditions you want to work in. The majority of the lecturers are very helpful, but some of them are not too helpful. I find most of the lectures informative and helpful, and they are all relevant to the exams we are taking

The course is taught in class on site for all of the learning including lectures. The course is full time, and normally around 3-4 days a week with additional learning on top of that. Contact with lecturers is okay, most of them are helpful
