The food at certain locations on-campus is very overpriced and some buildings can be hard to find where the toilets are (particularly the locations of gender neutral toilets aren't easy to find in older buildings so can spend ages looking). I've had a very good experience with the reporting service and support from other students when discrimination has occurred. The SU and reporting are good services but the extent of what they do is always communicated as effectively as it could be. Some lecturers are very clear with what they want from assessments but some are quite vague with mark schemes and assessment briefs.
