Bolton Uni has become my second home, I've had a great time here, my third qualification here and I would never even consider another uni. A great positive, friendly learning environment.

Really good. Recent improvements are great, new buildings!

Really good level of academic and pastoral support through peer mentoring, SLO's and support including disability service all very useful.

They do a great job trying to keep students happy and relaxed throughout the year, lots of engagement with students and they make an effort with lots of events and activities.

Good selection of eating places around the area and in town.

Good amount of varied societies available through SU.

Most: Collaborative learning, Interesting choice of topics. Ability to reflect of professional practice Least: Most assessments are essay assessed, 56 other recognised HE assessment methods, some variety would be nice.

Yes we have The Bolton Award which is very helpful in increasing employability, lots of workshops throughout the year and careers service are available throughout the year.
