The good part is feeling part of a team and comfortable with telling the tutors and lecturers things that are going on both academic and personal. The down side is booking workshops on site are a hassle as it has to be booked online and you can’t book for more than 7 days in advance. We are told crucial information so last minute that it has people stressed out especially me who has a lot of stuff going on personally.

I feel that the flexi workshops should not be mandatory in my opinion however I get why they are there.
