The student union has made the decision making process highly undemocratic. It is appalling

Contact hours (lectures, tutorials) in economics are far too low (only half of what is standard in other subjects like maths, chemistry, physics, or at US universities.

Public transports and accommodation cost a lot, but you can easily get around everywhere on bike. Free bikes available through on-campus workshop Becycle. Absolutely awesome.

The rooms are fantastic, perfectly equipped, very quiet, first-rate amenities and service. Absolutely top.

Best: * Good range of studying facilities * Excellent support from students' union and school of engineering * Fantastic support and guidance from careers service * Good amount of nature on campus and close proximity to city centre Worst: * During undergraduate, MyTimetable was always unequipped to deal with the size of my particularly large cohort and there was always timetable confusion for the first two weeks or so * Mexican in the canteen limited us to 3 toppings after a while without option to pay for additional toppings

Best: * Lectures were recorded which helped immensely with reviewing and understanding concepts * Support outside of lectures and tutorials over email from some lecturers * Project supervisor was very understanding and provided immensely helpful guidance Worst: * Course content from certain courses were removed after courses were completed during undergraduate with no prior warning - cannot for the life of me understand the benefit of doing this

Best: * Great student community and halls facilities * Proximity to Lidl Worst: * Price of laundry service
