UCL has been a great place to study at as it has a wide range of facilities available for all students to aid with our studies. It makes studying so much easier when you have everything available to you. There are many libraries available at hand which have all the books you could imagine. One aspect which is difficult is the more social side. Seeing as my course is all online, it’s difficult to make friends. This has been a struggle as some days I find it hard to find the right motivation. Seeing as my lectures are all online it can also be slightly monotonous but the many library facilities has helped with this.

As I have mentioned before, all my lectures are currently being held online. This is difficult as it’s hard to maintain a good work/ life balance especially when doing such a content heavy degree. In the beginning I really struggled to stay on top of it all and almost considered dropping out but my tutor was very helpful and convinced me that everyone struggles in first year. There are 8 modules which are difficult to. maintain and since 2 aren’t included in my final grade I initially thought it was slightly unnecessary but since UCL is a highly prosperous university I have decided to try my best in all of them.
