The university is good and the staff is very helpful for everyone but they are too much busy and not reply early on mails.

the response of the University team is th best. I never had to worry about fixing things. They respond very promptly. And the free bus is always available during peak hours. Plus the BOP parties, which is now known as NOVA. If you have beennhere, you will know.
