Liverpool is a really lively city and never boring. The nightlife is great, there is such a variety when it comes to the clubs. There is a place for everyone and a night for everyone. Its a cheap night apart from getting home. There are a few bars on campus, they are good to start off with but it is much better when you get to town.

I love the campus and how homely it feels. The staff I have been involved with are all amazing and the reception staff definitely need mentioned because they are fabulous. It is clear to see that my course has been thought through in great detail to make it the best possible. I feel comfortable that any issue I have, I can bring it to my tutors and they will help me happily. The campus grounds are looked after so well and I love all the planting and landscaping, it feels peaceful. As a student from Northern Ireland I truly feel comfortable and safe in the uni. The only improvement I could give is that there was more washing machines and dryers on the laundrette or maybe to have a second laundrette. As lots of the time it is a struggle to get clothes washed as they are all being used.

I love my course. I think everything that I have learned so far has been useful for placement and has helped me through my assignments. I also feel the work load in first year is nice, it’s not overwhelming but it’s enough to go with the content of the year. I think the year is structured well. I love my tutors and lecturers as I feel they really take into consideration our student voice and are willing to adapt things as best they can.

I have enjoyed living in halls for my first year. It was a good choice to meet friends and get used to being in the university. I feel safe as security is always willing to help with anything and are all lovely. We have had a few issues in my flat with facilities such as the fridge/freezer breaking but over all it has been good.
