Best aspect is definitely the location. King’s is directly in the centre of London, so you’re always surrounded with art and culture. Worst is the lack of funding for students, especially those in the arts and humanities. King’s is a well endowed institution, so it’s surprising to see how little they invest in their students.

The best aspect is definitely the faculty. These are some of the finest film scholars in the world, and most have not allowed that to get in the way of general pleasantries. Worst is, yet again, the lack of funding. Not only for students, but also the lack of funding for the department as a whole. Recently some of our film screenings have been cut due to them no longer being counted as teaching credits. This is the sort of thing that leads to strikes and disruption of student’s education.

Best aspect was the location. Vauxhall is fairly close to the centre and has plenty of resources. Worst was how overpriced the rent was, like everywhere in London.
