I feel like we should have more reviewing opportunities, and we need clearer information on the website as to where we can give feedback. I sent feedback weeks ago about my cleaner to say how amazing she is, and I have had no feedback on if it has been received at all. The shop is also expensive

The facilities in year one can only be used if we participate in other research and projects, but we are not taught how to use them

They were very quick to fix our kettle although we had to wait 3 weeks to have our heater be fixed. As I mentioned on the first page: I wanted to send good feedback to our cleaner but I’ve had no feedback if it has been received or not

Everyone is really friendly and is an easy transition between life at home to life on your own.

There is something for everyone and it is all very accessible. The library and hub are open until late and the day just doesn't end at 5
