after studying for my undergraduate degree elsewhere and coming to Christchurch for my PGCE. It's been the best experience, and I really wish I had studied here for my undergrad. Not only is my tutor such a good teacher, but he is also really understanding and helpful to learn from. However, the exemplary experience of Christ Church University does not end with the amazing tutor, but continues all the way through with the finance team, which has helped me effortlessly with my money and ensured I am getting everything I am entitled to, but as a young single mother to a toddler, really understood me as a whole person with more going on than just entering the classroom. I have also got to show my appreciation to the disability team, who have helped me with rediagnosing my dyslexia as an adult, showing support, and going on to compile a learning plan for me to ensure I get the most out of my university experience. To further extend the services of the university, the library is open for a wide amount of time, and my 3-year-old daughter is allowed in supervised, creating a much easier opportunity to grab a book or study and read in a different environment. I had an issue with the university confirming my status there, however, and as soon as I mentioned it, I was given £200 in non-repayable money to make up for the mistake. I cannot fault the experience I have had so far. With all the challenges I have as a student, the university has been nothing but supportive and encouraging. I have had a rapid increase in panic attacks since joining the university too, and the way they have been handled and my experience with them has been settling and comforting, and they provided support when I had to leave half a day early once, rather than encouraging shame and building confidence to come back the next day.

Offers great courses with lots of simulation kits, conferences and extra curricular activities to balance it all. Lots of accessible materials and gadgets for student use. Improvement will be proper orientation during the first semester especially for international students.
